Our Genesis Story

This all started in Worcester, Massachusetts. (Pronounced "Wuster"....crazy, we know. We were a startup growth agency that eventually scaled up to be one of the biggest in the state. We contracted the best talent from LA to NY for our clients to grow these businesses. We always prided ourselves on the fact that good business is about good people. Later we would realize that we had it backwards.


Business isn't about having good people. "People" is the Business.


That was our real value. We were selling everything from marketing strategy to SEO, but these businesses were growing because of the incredible talent that was working for us. So we decided to sell the thing that everybody always wanted and everybody asked us for - our network.
